The current situation does not allow us to offer online appointments. You must contact the clinic's secretary by calling 450 897-0808 from Monday to Wednesday between 8:00 am and 6:30 pm, Thursdays and Fridays between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm, and Saturdays between 8:00 am and 2:30 pm.
We ask that you be patient and courteous as we are receiving a high number of calls. We will do our best to respond to your request as soon as possible.
In the event of maternity leave or a prolonged absence of your medical professional, you remain registered and still have access to the clinic’s services.
We ask that you arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled time of your appointment, to allow triage by the auxiliary nurse. Please also have your valid Quebec health care card (RAMQ) and your vaccination booklet (in the case of children of 0-5 years old).

Booking a spot at the minor emergency clinic
On Saturdays, if you notice that you have new health problems, you can all the clinic starting at 8 am to reserve an appointment for the same day. During the call, the secretary will check if you are registered with a professional from the clinic.
Each day starting at 8am you can call the clinic. If relevant, a secretary will reserve a spot for you for the same day. Alternatively, you may be allocated a time slot with your treating doctor/nurse practitioner in the following days if this better meets your needs.
Only urgent situations will be addressed during the allocated time slots on the same day. If you wish a follow up for a health condition, you should make an appointment with your treating physician, which is advantageous to meet your needs as they know your medical file better.
Some time slots will be covered by our partner, the Centre médical des Trois Lacs. Appointments can be scheduled through Bonjour santé or via Rendez-vous santé Québec RVSQ. These time slots are on Thursdays and Fridays from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm, as well as Sundays from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.
